This Acceptable Use & Legal Compliance Policy ("Policy") governs the use of all services provided by SkyServer, including but not limited to Web Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Cloud Services, Domains, Email Hosting and related services.
By using any SkyServer service, the Customer agrees to comply with this Policy.
The Customer is solely responsible for all content, applications, websites, software, data, emails, files and activities hosted, stored, transmitted or operated using SkyServer services.
SkyServer acts only as a technology infrastructure and hosting service provider and does not control, monitor, manage or participate in the Customer's business operations or activities.
Customers must not use SkyServer services for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to:
Any such activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
SkyServer complies with all applicable laws and legal obligations.
If SkyServer receives a valid request, notice, court order, warrant or any lawful communication from a government authority, law enforcement agency, court, regulator or other competent authority, SkyServer may disclose any customer information, server logs, billing records, account details, IP logs or any other information available with SkyServer as required by law.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that SkyServer may cooperate with such authorities without obtaining prior consent from the Customer where legally required.
SkyServer can only provide information that is available in its records.
If customer verification documents, billing information, contact details, logs, IP records or other account related information are available, such information may be shared with legally authorized authorities when required by applicable law.
SkyServer shall not be responsible for maintaining or providing information that was never submitted or collected.
In certain cases, SkyServer may procure servers, cloud infrastructure, licenses or other services from third-party providers on behalf of a Customer using SkyServer's own accounts or business identity for operational convenience. In such cases:
SkyServer does not create, publish, manage, operate or supervise Customer content or activities.
The Customer accepts full legal responsibility for the use of the services.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as SkyServer accepting responsibility for unlawful acts, misuse or violations committed by Customers through the services provided.
SkyServer reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any service if:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkyServer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the Customer's misuse of the services.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold SkyServer harmless against any claims, liabilities, losses, penalties, investigations, legal proceedings or expenses arising out of the Customer's activities or violation of applicable laws.
SkyServer reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
