Virtual Private Server plans are non-refundable because dedicated resources are reserved immediately upon order.
Dedicated server orders are non-refundable because hardware is allocated exclusively for your use.
Managed databases and RDS services are fully provisioned per customer requirements and are therefore non-refundable.
Cloud infrastructure and storage resources are allocated immediately and cannot be refunded.
SSL certificate fees become non-refundable once the certificate has been issued.
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been successfully registered.
Payments made using cryptocurrency or irreversible payment methods are non-refundable.
