We value your satisfaction and aim to provide the best hosting experience possible.

Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and transparent so that customers always know what to expect before and after making a purchase.

2. 7-Day Refund Period

Applicable on eligible shared hosting plans only.

New customers purchasing shared hosting plans are covered by a full 7-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with our hosting service for any service-related reason, you may submit a refund request through our support system.

Please note that hosting plans that include a free domain registration are not eligible for refunds.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable due to resource allocation and provisioning requirements.

VPS Hosting

Virtual Private Server plans are non-refundable because dedicated resources are reserved immediately upon order.

Dedicated Servers

Dedicated server orders are non-refundable because hardware is allocated exclusively for your use.

RDS / Managed Database

Managed databases and RDS services are fully provisioned per customer requirements and are therefore non-refundable.

Cloud & Object Storage

Cloud infrastructure and storage resources are allocated immediately and cannot be refunded.

SSL Certificates

SSL certificate fees become non-refundable once the certificate has been issued.

Domain Registration

Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been successfully registered.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments made using cryptocurrency or irreversible payment methods are non-refundable.

4. Eligibility Conditions

You Qualify For A Refund If:

  • Refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Account remains in good standing.
  • Issue is related to hosting performance or reliability.
  • Customer has not previously claimed a refund.

You Do Not Qualify If:

  • Terms Of Service were violated.
  • The 7-day refund window expired.
  • Service is VPS, Dedicated, RDS or Managed Infrastructure.
  • Free domain was included.
  • Payment was made through crypto.
  • Account was suspended for abuse.

5. How To Request A Refund

Step 1

Log in to your SkyServer client area.

Step 2

Open a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request".

Step 3

Clearly explain the issue you faced.

Step 4

Await review and response from our support team.

6. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

7 Business Days

Typical refund processing time after approval.

7. Cancellation

Customers may cancel services at any time.

Before cancellation, ensure that a complete backup of all website data has been created.

SkyServer is not responsible for any data loss after service termination.
